Weathered 1/18 P-47D
Purchased this 21st Century products 1/18 scale P-47D at May 2008，I’m turning back to have fun on this scale toys recently so I did the weathered for this huge fighter plane．The checkerboard paint plane always attractive me that there is another checkerboard tail P-47D razor-back is coming on the way．Here are the improving stage that I’ve taken．
這是5月份購得的21世紀絕版P-47D戰機，方塊格子塗裝一直是讓我著迷的塗裝，下一台方格子尾巴的P-47D剃刀背即將來到．還是習慣將整架飛機洗過線同時在引擎下方排氣部份做煙硝處理．
*Used file tool and sand paper to grind the raised 21c print characters．
*將凸出的21世紀品牌字給磨去．
*Used Paper tape to help and clean the fuzzy edge of national emblem．
Taimiya acrylic paint XF-14 J.A grey perfectly match to the underside color．
*用紙膠處理模糊美軍國徽邊緣；以田宮XF-14噴上邊緣及磨掉的21世紀字的部份．
*I mixed XF-14 & dark grey then spray on the entire seam to emphasize the dark tones but I figure out it is not really necessary after washed．
*用田宮XF-14加灰色用來強調並噴上接縫部份，但經全機洗過後發覺不不需要這麼處理．
*Spray the exhaust smock at the exhaust pipe and underside of engine；some at the .50 cal guns．XF-1+ XF-10
*在引擎下方的排氣管噴上排氣煙硝及8挺50機槍也給噴上．
