1/18 scale pick up truck modify PART I

Here's my latest job from my boss who want me to created his 1:1 Toyota Hilux AT44 into 1/18 scale model car. His request- Diecast car details, which included interior, door have to be open and close, R/C control. Sounds a top job to me, that I'm not familiar with R/C field in the past, but I have R/C friends which making me safe. All I need to do is make the shape right and exterior looks right is my main job.

 

I purchased 1/18 China made pick up truck from Taobao, which looks like Toyota Hulix AT44, obviously the chassis need to be replacement, I look for R/C chassis from Taobao as well, which I measure the tires size for the first choice.
